Conditions/Policy:
- Minimum 3 night stay required
-Children are welcome
-No pets in the villas
-No smoking inside villas
-Housekeeping Service is not included in daily or weekly rental rates (extra charges apply)
-Rental rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars
-Include Government taxes and duties
-50% deposit on total stay is required when making a booking
-Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
-For cancellations within 15 days and 45 days 50% of total stay is charged
-For cancellations within 14 days of arrival 100% of total stay is charged
-Rates and conditions are subject to change
-All major credit cards accepted.
Early Check In (ECI) and Late Check Out (LCO) Conditions:
-Please be advised, and note in you system, that our ECI and LCO options are subject to availability and conformation from out reservations department.
-Room categories are not guaranteed for ECI and LCO and are based on run of house assignment (i.e. guest may be required to room move on the day of arrival or departure). The resort will try its best to assign and check guest directly into their booked category but this is not guaranteed.
-To avoid room moves on the day of arrival after check in, we recommend our guest pre-register their room and book from the prior night, not the ECI charge. This will ensure the villa is blocked for the guest from the prior night and ready for early access.
